AN ADVENTURE INSPIRED BY HISTORIC EVENTS:
Log Line: Two young American Soldiers in WWII step beyond their radically different ethnic backgrounds to build an unlikely friendship based on the common tune of a music box, then encounter an even more dangerous enemy than the Nazis they fight against; an intolerant Army doctor conducting devious and secret medical experiments on unknowing black soldiers.
A Soldier’s Gift traces the history of a hand-crafted music box and the impact it had on the lives of six men struggling to survive the war. The familiar tune ignites hope and encouragement, and emboldens each soldier to reach beyond cultural and racial barriers to discover the greatest gift.
